Incrementum Advisory Group expands education services into Queensland.

Gold Coast Suns partnership with TAFE Queensland supported by Incrementum Advisory Group.

Building on the success of its sport-education programs established in Victoria and South Australia, Incrementum Advisory Group have expanded into Queensland, supporting both the Brisbane Broncos and the Gold Coast Suns in the establishment of their sport-business programs.

Delivered in partnership with TAFE Queensland, both the Broncos and Suns’ programs have filled all available places for the 2024 intake and already have waiting lists in place.

This once again highlights the attractiveness of sport-business programs that are fully immersed into the operations of an elite-sports club.

The Dual Diploma qualifications have been established in order to provide direct pathways into a wide variety of under-graduate programs at multiple Queensland universities.

Additionally, students gain over 100 hours of industry-based work experience, working across multiple areas of the respective clubs.

This immersion into the day-to-day operations of the Club ensures graduating students are well placed to gain future employment in sport.

Speaking of the launch of the new venture between the Gold Coast Suns and TAFE Queensland, deputy CEO of the Gold Coast Suns - Simon Fitzgibbon, praised Incrementum Advisory Group for the support and expertise provided over the journey.

"Incrementum Advisory Group have launched many of these programs before, all of them with great success," Fitzgibbon said.

"In addition to identifying the right partner, structuring the right partnership arrangement and establishing the program, we also needed someone who could help us navigate the internal compliance and approval processes of elite sporting clubs.

"Their support throughout the six-month process of concept to student commencement has been invaluable and we are thrilled with the success of our own launch."

With Queensland set to host the 2032 Olympics, it is likely that the demand for qualified staff, with hands on experience in sport, will only continue to increase.
