We work with clubs, organisations, councils and industry bodies who want to see tangible growth across both traditional and non-traditional revenue streams.  Incrementum diagnoses issues, identifies opportunities, develops strategies and provides executional support across sport and leisure.  Our unprecedented membership experience also allows us to work across multiple member-based industries to support and develop growth and engagement initiatives.

DIRECTOR

Cain’s work across sports and leisure industries spans almost three decades. 

 

After 15 years managing and operating some of Victoria’s largest leisure facilities, Cain spent eight years at the Richmond Football Club in the dual role of Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director – Aligned Leisure, one of Australian sports most successful business diversifications. 

 

After four years as the CEO of Carlton Football Club, Cain now consults to some of the country’s biggest sports, sporting clubs, universities and LGA’s, using his vast leadership, consumer and commercial experience to unlock opportunities and drive growth for his clients.

GM - EDUCATION

With an extensive background working both the education and partnerships space, Jesse has the experience to drive mutually-beneficial collaborations in the education and sport sector.

Jesse’s experience within the education sector, private enterprise and within community sport has provided him with an understanding into driving outcomes which benefits both partners and students alike.

​

Jesse will use his experience leading projects for national sporting bodies including the AFL, NRL, Super Rugby and the NBL to continue to drive successful outcomes at Incrementum Advisory Group.
